Yacht Marriage Proposal in Dubai

Proposing calls for privacy, and a yacht at sunset gives you a deck with nobody else on it. We look after the practical details, from flowers and chilled drinks to a curated playlist and planning help, so you can concentrate on the big question. Come as a couple, or have family and friends waiting on board to celebrate.

The advantage of a private charter

When you charter privately, the yacht belongs to your group for the whole trip. There are no strangers at the next table and no fixed programme: the captain and crew handle the sailing while you focus on your guests, and you decide when to sail, what plays and what is served, as far as the Coast Guard rules and the captain allow.

Choosing the right yacht

Just the two of you only needs a small yacht; go bigger if loved ones are joining:

Included in the price, and optional extras

Fuel, soft drinks, ice and bottled water are part of the hourly rate, together with the yacht and its professional captain and crew. On request we can add decorations, catering, a chef at the grill or water toys. Feel free to bring your own food and drinks as well: there is a fridge, a microwave and a Bluetooth speaker on board. For an event we put together a quote that reflects how many people are coming, how long you want to sail and the extras you choose; yachts are available from 489 AED per hour (October 2026).

Tips for the day

Sunset is the traditional moment: the sun drops behind Palm Jumeirah and the soft light flatters every photo. Keep the plan between yourself, our team and the captain, and agree on a discreet signal. Order the flowers and the playlist in advance, and think about a photographer for the first few minutes. Because sunset shifts during the year, our team will suggest the departure time that gives you the best light on your date.

Booking your event

Pick the yacht, the date and the time on our booking page, or use the event request form on this page to send us your guest count, preferred date and any special wishes. Your booking is secured once the agreed deposit is received, and each guest needs an original passport or a valid Emirates ID.

Planning questions

Can you organise flowers and drinks?

Yes. Flowers, chilled refreshments, a curated playlist and planning help are all things we can arrange for a proposal.

Can our families be on board?

Yes, within the yacht’s maximum number of guests. Each guest needs an original passport or a valid Emirates ID.

What happens if the weather turns?

If extreme weather or a Coast Guard instruction prevents the trip, we postpone or reschedule it.

What ID will our guests need?

Dubai Coast Guard rules require each guest to carry an original passport or a valid Emirates ID. Photos or digital copies are usually refused.

What will it cost?

We quote each event based on the guest count, the duration and the extras. Yacht rates begin at 489 AED per hour for up to 10 guests (October 2026) and increase with the size of the boat.
