Corporate Yacht Events in Dubai

Chartering a yacht for business lets you entertain clients, thank a team or present a launch in a private setting people remember. We supply the boat, captain and crew; you design the programme, whether it is a welcome drink, a presentation, a team lunch or simply an afternoon away from the office. Catering, a BBQ chef and decorations are available on request.

The advantage of a private charter

When you charter privately, the yacht belongs to your group for the whole trip. There are no strangers at the next table and no fixed programme: the captain and crew handle the sailing while you focus on your guests, and you decide when to sail, what plays and what is served, as far as the Coast Guard rules and the captain allow.

Choosing the right yacht

Most company groups start at around 20 people. Capacities across the fleet:

Included in the price, and optional extras

Fuel, soft drinks, ice and bottled water are part of the hourly rate, together with the yacht and its professional captain and crew. On request we can add decorations, catering, a chef at the grill or water toys. Feel free to bring your own food and drinks as well: there is a fridge, a microwave and a Bluetooth speaker on board. For an event we put together a quote that reflects how many people are coming, how long you want to sail and the extras you choose; yachts are available from 489 AED per hour (October 2026).

Tips for the day

Give us the number of guests, the format and the length of the event, and we will recommend the right yacht. Share the boarding rules with your guests early, since each of them needs an original passport or a valid Emirates ID. Pick a time of day that suits the agenda: daytime for meetings and lunches, sunset for hospitality.

Booking your event

Pick the yacht, the date and the time on our booking page, or use the event request form on this page to send us your guest count, preferred date and any special wishes. Your booking is secured once the agreed deposit is received, and each guest needs an original passport or a valid Emirates ID.
