Terms and Conditions for Yacht Charters in Dubai

Bookings and payment

By using the services of Gold Water Yachts, you accept these terms. Every booking depends on the availability of the boat concerned and on confirmation of payment. A deposit or full payment is needed to reserve your date and time on the water. Prices may change with the season and the particular needs of your event.

• Every passenger must hold a valid identity document
• A booking is confirmed only once the agreed deposit has been received
• The balance is paid in full before the trip begins
• Extra time and additional services requested on board are charged separately

Cancellations and weather

Our cancellation policy allows us to run the fleet efficiently. Plans can change, but each charter involves preparation and berthing costs that we have to take into account. In case of extreme weather or instructions from the Dubai Coast Guard, Gold Water Yachts may postpone the trip for safety reasons.

• A full refund or a new date if a mechanical failure causes the cancellation
• Set notice periods apply when the client cancels
• A new date can be arranged in case of official weather warnings or safety risks
• No refund for a no-show or for a late arrival that causes the departure to be missed

Guest responsibility and safety on board

Safety comes first on every Gold Water Yachts trip. All guests must follow the safety briefing given by the captain before departure. The captain has the final word on everything concerning the safety of the boat and the people on it, and any misconduct or refusal to follow instructions can end the charter immediately, without a refund.

• Life jackets must be worn during water sports and safety drills
• The client is responsible for any physical damage to the yacht or its equipment
• Illegal substances and dangerous items are strictly forbidden on board
• Our liability is limited for personal belongings lost or damaged during the trip
