What happens on the day
You put on life jackets, listen to a short briefing and then enjoy a supervised ride of 30 or 60 minutes.

Safety on the water
Everyone wears a life jacket during water sports, and the instructor or captain decides when it is safe to go. Water sports are generally not advised during pregnancy or for anyone with a serious back, neck or heart condition; if in doubt, check with our team first.
